The first step is admitting you have a problem

Nothing against those fine people at hfarvard or Michigan state, but it seems they know how to teach people about teaching about as well as I produce flying monkey's from my butt. However for me to say anything would be breaking this long held tradition in schools world wide to assume that everyone who is working knows what they are doing based on whether or not they have people committing homicides in the back row. But the more I think about it, I'm tired of having my job be hard. It should be at least as easy as television depictions of classroom teaching if not easier. So I plan to work constantly to get better and I am going to chart my new Ideas and shit here since, well, what else am I doing with this blog? aside from looking for ways to rick roll people.
