Thought on the crazy guy.

The crazy guy has pictures all over the news media and what not. He probably wanted this, I guess thats why he apparently sent the exlusive coverage to NBC of himself mid-massacre, in case he thought that the slaying of all those people wouldn't make the headline story if he didn't include some camera footage. While they are all assessing how crazy he was, I don't think the depths of this one man's craziness is what needs to be explored. He was crazy to a point where he thought that his life worthless, and arguably that human life was worthless, but he thought it was important for himself to make the news? He must of thought of his little massacre as some what important. And if that was what made him feel good, he had some sense in him, he just applied his mind to a very horrible task. It seems like he is one part bad mental chemistry, and another part bad social surroundings. As crazy as he was, a little bit of here and there small talk with some real people every once in a while might have kept him from thinking that it is pointless for him, or others, to be alive. So as the media points to this one guys acts of craziness and what not, I wonder why they aren't pointing it to all the millions on the other side of the tv screen. Maybe if we talked more to people that seemed a little off instead of shunning them, they might not be so careless with human life.
