End of Day 2

So right now I'm getting ready to meet with my case group for one of my classes. Every day I will meet with this group to plan out our response for these daily case tasks that we have to write. We will meet as a group and individually write our case and then one person will write a combined case that will be due the next day. Aside from perineum There were a lot more words we have been using like mindfulness, transformational vs. tranformational leadership, and adaptive vs. technical solutions. I don't know what those all mean quite yet. But I can tell how the perineum came in to being. The professor of my self awareness class had us meditating, and we were focusing on our breath, focusing on our breath and focusing on how our ribs expanded on our breath. The next thing we did was focus on our perineum and at that point I lost all of my concentration and couldn't help but think about images of perineums which are gross
