- Review activities and decrease schedule by one-third for at least 7-10 days.
- Reduce stimulation (loud music, noise, light, talking, violent movies, etc.) Enforce a QUIET environment (no visitors or celebrations). Maintain planned, low-key days.

Relaxed Schedule
So I woke up on sunday like any other sunday after a night of drinking, only to find out I came closer to an episode than ever before. Its kind of like waking and finding out you have a new pet puppy you have to take care of. So I went to look for how to take care of this little guy at this website which suggests a bunch of stuff to do including these two things:

I've been good. Bored mostly. Its not like the situation on my birthday didn't loosen things up in the head a little bit, but I just know how to deal with it and if I stick with the plan I'm going to be fine. And the first days of school are really easy, I tried to post about that but it didn't come out for some reason, and the draft was lost.
